The HyperX Microphone is awesome! I use it mostly with Dragon NaturallySpeaking and it has improved the recognition and accuracy by over 150%! Makes my job so much easier now. I accidentally broke my previous microphone which was a much cheaper version and I am so glad I broke it now because it forced me to look at something better. You just never know sometimes how much a product can help you at your job. It also tilts and lets you move it and then tighten down the screw to save the position.
